RETURN:
What should you do if it turns out that the product you ordered is too big, too small, too short, too long or just doesn’t look good on you?
Do not worry – you have the right to return an item purchased from us within 14 days from receiving your parcel.
Goods purchased in our store www.melismee.com can be returned (withdraw from the contract) within 14 days from the delivery date without giving any reason. To comply with this deadline, you must send a statement of withdrawal from the contract by e-mail to the following e-mail address: info@melismee.com.
Then you must return the purchased, unused product in their original packaging to:

The shipment must be accompanied by proof of your purchase, for example a copy / original receipt or a VAT invoice and the completed return form. The cost of return shipping shall be paid by the Customer.
COMPLAINTS:
The Seller is liable to the Customer if the purchased products have a physical or legal defect (warranty). If the product has such a defect, it should be immediately reported to the Seller – you can do it by sending an e-mail to: info@melismee.com or you can use the form in the Contact tab on our website.Then return the purchased, unused product in the original packaging to the following address:

If the complaint is accepted, the cost of shipping the goods will be paid by the Seller.
The store www.melismee.com will consider any complaints within 5 working days from the date of receipt of notification. A response to the complaint is sent to Customer by email to the e-mail address provided by the Customer during the ordering process.
